You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned with the original packaging.
Include all accessories and components.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used or damaged products caused by improper use.
Items returned without original packaging.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll gladly assist with a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Babenssials will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
